Apply for Membership

You can apply for membership of Dial-A-Ride by downloading an application form. After you have printed the form, please complete and sign. You may either send it to us together with payment or send it to us completing the additional bank standing order form - The bank can pay your annual registration fee every year for you, while you may cancel at any time you wish.

About PDF (Portable Document Format) files - you need the free Acrobat Reader to view them. Not to worry because most computers come with Acrobat Reader pre-installed. If however your computer does not know how to open a PDF file, you may download Adobe's Acrobat Reader for free by clicking on the logo. Many web-sites and other organisations already distribute documents as PDF so if you haven't got it, it's certainly a worthwhile download.

Fares

Our fare structure is based upon mileages in the Aylesbury Vale area – the more miles you cover – the higher the fare.

In most cases our fares are a little more expensive than bus fares - but a lot cheaper than taxis. We do have increases from time to time in order to help pay for higher running costs; but we hold regular fund raising events to help us keep fares as low and as affordable, as possible.

You can bring a carer with you if you wish. Registered carers pay 50% of the normal fare - although other carers will be asked to pay the same fare as you. We ask members to kindly have the correct change when travelling on the vehicles.
